• We tied up with broker platform Arihant Capital Markets Limited which serves as the Broker in Exchange with a license for the business of share trading.
• Users are the initial registered customers availing trade management algol services from TRADERG for handling trades in their accounts, paying subscription charges monthly/yearly.
• Account holders under TRADERG have the option to open trading and demat accounts either with Arihant or through associates’ terminal broking partners. The company does not mandate users to open accounts exclusively with them.
• A TRADERG Advisor is an individual decision to refer some new clients for TRADERG or facilitate the registration of new user accounts.
• TRADERG Advisors are integral to traderg mobile applications contributing to the provision of a trade management system through an online terminal with multiple brokers’ platforms.
• TRADERG Advisors serve as sharing partners, facilitating trade management algo services for users in collaboration with TRADERG.
• TRADERG Advisors must thoroughly understand the business culture and client/user transactions before deciding to enter into a partnership with the program.

• Risk Understanding:

Clients are strongly advised to carefully read all necessary documents and service conditions before signing up, including the expert’s strategy to authorize trades in their trade or demat accounts.I fully comprehend the risks and rewards associated with using TraderG strategies or any other financial instruments.

• Subscription Decision:

I have made the deliberate decision to subscribe to the services offered by TraderG, thereby becoming a user/account holder to implement these strategies in the stock markets.

• Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

Having carefully reviewed and agreed to all the terms outlined in the “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” tab beneath each plan on the mobile app/website, I hereby acknowledge my acceptance.

• Voluntary Registration:

I declare that the registration and agreement to the user/account holder proposal were made under my own initiative, and all subsequent investments and decisions are entirely my own.

• KYC Completion:

I have successfully completed my Know Your Customer (KYC) process and possess a comprehensive understanding of the terms & conditions applicable to users/advisors.

I hereby declare that TraderG, associate company management, or any director/team members of the company will not be held responsible for any losses incurred between investments and trading accounts.

• Acknowledgment of Non-Consultancy:

I acknowledge and affirm that TraderG and its team do not provide any consultancy or trading tips for investments in the stock market. Their role is solely as a platform, facilitating experts and users to explore the right trade strategies in the share market.It is strongly recommended to always adhere to necessary disciplinary SEBI guidelines before making any investments in the stock market.

• Capital Withdrawal Acknowledgment:

I acknowledge and agree that trade capital or investment capital can be withdrawn from my trading accounts in accordance with the guided terms & conditions provided by brokers.

• Declaration Regarding Equity Holding:

I hereby declare that I agree to purchase equity or preference shares of any company or startup in my demat accounts for the purpose of capital gains, dividends, or future profits. I hold this equity with a thorough understanding of the risk and reward conditions associated with the company and its offerings.

• User Agreement Disobedience Consequences:

In the event of the user disobeying the agreement conditions and property terms, the user account will be immediately suspended permanently, and all associated services will cease.

• Agreement with Service Points:

I affirm my agreement with the terms and conditions for the services, Trade management algo software services, Trading strategies provided through the TRADERG website, mobile applications, via email, or any other means of communication offered by TraderG.

• Non-Refundable Service Charges:

I understand that, following the registration of the user/account holder, service charges or any fees incurred will be non-refundable.

• Electronic Acknowledgment:

By electronically acknowledging this declaration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.

• Our Advice and suggestions :

We explicitly state that TRADERG does not assume any responsibility or provide a guarantee for any advisors or experts who offer their Algo strategy through the TRADERG mobile app.

• Taxes and Charges :

Trading accounts, brokerage charges, government taxes, and trade management transaction fees are applicable in all transactions and will not be refunded or adjusted under any conditions.

• Using Name and Logo:

Account holders are not permitted to use the TADERG name or logo without prior approval from the management. Any unauthorized use may result in legal consequences.

• Browning/Deposit Funds :

Account holders are strictly prohibited from borrowing funds from clients for personal account management or growth. Complaints regarding such actions may lead to termination and legal consequences.

• Training and Support :

Account holders will receive all necessary rules and training guidelines for starting their own business and contributing to the future growth of the company.

TRADERG does not assume any responsibility or provide a guarantee for any advisors or experts who offer their Algo strategy through the TRADERG mobile app.The TRADERG mobile app does not provide a guarantee of returns for clients in the open market.In the event of any losses or unforeseen occurrences after executing trades with Algo TRADERG, the TRADERG team, or any associates of TRADERG, the company will not assume responsibility.

Dispute Jurisdiction: In the event of any dispute or occurrence involving users, experts, or any management, it will be addressed under the jurisdiction of the company’s local judicial authorities.
